We have booked our cruise with unlimited beverage pkg and 4 specialty dining promotions - I am sure we have prepaid Gratuities - is that correct

Thanks

You paid the gratuities to the beverage package and the specialty dining. It was added on to your final cruise payment. However, for the DSC - if you did not paid that yet, then you could either prepay it or do it til the end of the cruise.

There are two sets of 'gratuities'. Everyone is charged $13.99 pp pd to cover the wait staff and room stewards.

If you pay as you go, when you purchase a drink or eat at a specialty restaurant (along with most onboard charges) you pay a 18% gratuity on the transaction.

If you get the UBP and/or specialty dining package as promos, you pay that 18% upfront for the trip. So you won't have any gratuity charged when you purchase a drink or eat at a specialty restaurant.
