Rare Peachypooh Posted October 12, 2017 #1 Share Posted October 12, 2017 I am so happy with NCL right now. We have a cruise booked where third and fourth passengers sail free. It is past final payment. We only had a third extra person booked and had paid the port charges, insurance and service charge for them. The third person can't go so we called to cancel. We were told that we would receive a refund on the port charges and service charge and if the insurance was refunded too to consider it a bonus. skeeter195 Posted October 12, 2017 #3 Share Posted October 12, 2017 Good for you, but it is standard practice to get your taxes and fees, pre paid gratuities and excursions back even if you "no show" the day of.
