Happy with NCL with recent cancel

I am so happy with NCL right now. We have a cruise booked where third and fourth passengers sail free. It is past final payment. We only had a third extra person booked and had paid the port charges, insurance and service charge for them. The third person can't go so we called to cancel. We were told that we would receive a refund on the port charges and service charge and if the insurance was refunded too to consider it a bonus. Well the refund posted today and I was given a 100% refund. I was not expecting this and thanks NCL for treating us so well!

Good for you, but it is standard practice to get your taxes and fees, pre paid gratuities and excursions back even if you "no show" the day of. Getting the insurance part of it back was a bonus for you.

This is completely unacceptable! You should call and ... wait, what? ;)
