Happy with NCL with recent cancel

I am so happy with NCL right now. We have a cruise booked where third and fourth passengers sail free. It is past final payment. We only had a third extra person booked and had paid the port charges, insurance and service charge for them. The third person can't go so we called to cancel. We were told that we would receive a refund on the port charges and service charge and if the insurance was refunded too to consider it a bonus. Well the refund posted today and I was given a 100% refund. I was not expecting this and thanks NCL for treating us so well!

This is completely unacceptable! You should call and ... wait, what? ;)

 

Seriously, it's nice to hear they treated you well and exceeded your expectations!
