I'm wondering if you can book a single person room online. Can't seem to find any kind of these rooms when going through the booking process on the RC website. Is this a thing you need to call for?

No, you should be able to book online. However, there are very few of these staterooms and they go fast.

How does that work? You just tell them at the terminal at check in that your second passenger is a no show?

Yes. You probably need to use this method if you ever try to book a GTY rate - those don't usually show up for singles.

You don't need to tell the check-in people anything, just check yourself in and don't mention the other person unless asked.
