i could not resist doing a spreadsheet cause i'm a numbers guy.

all balcony with sale/regular base price

jan 7 and 21 regal 7 nite 199/699 or 799

crown 8 nite dec 9 and jan 20 is 229/699 or 919

regal dec 17 11 nites 454/1354

royal dec 20 10 nite 429/1129

royal INSIDE dec 30 10 nite 324/ 924

carribean 14 nite dec 20 509/1659 but mid ship was over 3000!

so i think everyone needs to realize that playing just tiny bucks in the casino can make for some very very good offers

i never fly to cruises but i've computed air/soda pack/grats and cruise fare and with the cruises above my PP total is 692 to 1014. imagine 2 weeks on princess in a balcony for 1014! the only factory i did not research is 'how bad' a GTY balcony can be. (near anchor/under pool etc ) but for those prices you cannot complain

also the princess air sale is amazing. one flight week before christmas was under 50 bucks! they really are counting on people not wanting to spend christmas away from home

What is interesting about this is we took advantage of the deals a few weeks ago on the ***** launch on the Regal. My husband was targeted for the offers but not me. He doesn't even gamble! My point is to check to see if you have been targeted even if you don't go to the casino. We couldn't afford to stay home!

We got a great cabin assignment for our cruise on the Royal that begins Sunday--a Cat. BB cabin on the Aloha Deck. It's between the central and aft elevators/stairs, and far away enough from the laundry room that it should be quiet. We booked a Cat. BF guarantee.

Today I booked the Royal Dec 30 10 day cruise. I assume you have played in the casino before as casino rates have been dirt cheap (so I hear). We have not. We did get a good rate though just not great. It was good enough for us to take this cruise last minute. With the air sale we got a fantastic rate on round trip air. While in the process of booking it the computer said the rate just went down $18 so my price was lower! Never saw that before :)

BTW - we will probably play a small amount in the casino so maybe someday we will get a casino rate!

We don't gamble but my husband was targeted.

the statement to LOG IN is very true. i had been using my direct link from the offer email but then it stopped working. then i noticed there were MORE than the original 4 cruises on sale for me when i logged in.

so you really do have to check being logged in pricing daily. makes me wonder if i missed anything on my other cruise line accounts .

i hope you get some deals!

i've never been in florida except stopping at port one trip. and i never considered moving there but if i still have all these cruise urges when i retire, i may have to move there. even the cheapness of regular priced cruises seems better down there. and definitely much more selection than in the north east. now i get why people own tiny maintenance free condos. so they can travel!

we played maybe 60 or 80 through the casino. even a non gambler could do that!

the TA from princess just wrote back to me and confirmed this is double occupancy only.

the dec 30 you mention was on my radar if i had 3rd person but now that i cannot. its probably off.

also i priced out that 14 day on dec 20. 500 thru my offer, and like 3500 otherwise. crazy!

Might it be less expensive to get that third person their own inside cabin?
