Port stops are right in downtown San Juan. Usual jewelry shops from most ports, but a lot more local than other places. Good info on the area: http://www.langland.org/cruises/sanjuan.asp [link isn't a travel agent so should be ok for me to post]. He shows a CVS a block from the downtown pier.
