teknoge3k Posted January 8, 2018 #3 Share Posted January 8, 2018 When does it typically become available? I am 111 days out! If it's not available for you now, then it's likely sold out. It goes pretty fast.

luvcruises1105 Posted January 8, 2018 #6 Share Posted January 8, 2018 I was offered it when I called a vacation planner through Carnival when I booked our cruise yesterday! However, our cruise is not till November of this year! 301 days to go!
bury me at sea Posted January 8, 2018 #7 Share Posted January 8, 2018 Booked July, 2018 cruise in February, 2017. FTTF became available April 12, 2017. Sold out July 8, 2017. Still showing sold out, but people do cancel and Carnival often opens more slots. Check often, especially around final payment date. And above all, I hope you enjoy your cruise. TheMeowMeoow Posted January 8, 2018 #8 Share Posted January 8, 2018 Check very late at night or very early in the morning. I booked my April '18 cruise back in May of '17 and it was sold out. I checked daily and finally at 6am it became available when I was about 165 days from the cruise. Good Luck on snagging one...
Butterbean1000 Posted January 8, 2018 #9 Share Posted January 8, 2018 We check a few times a day. Our last cruise. It became available a week and a half before the cruise. Just keep checking. Sent from my SM-G950U using Forums mobile app
Jeffn57 Posted January 8, 2018 #10 Share Posted January 8, 2018 We are 5 days out as of today and still have not hit it. I check at least 5 times a day so it may be sold out completely now. I kick myself for not watching for it to become available after we booked.... Just have to get it next time.

I kick myself for not watching for it to become available after we booked.... Just have to get it next time. I am five days out and still have not been able to get it either. I check multiple times a day, sometimes even late at night or very early in the morning. I was able to snag it on one of my previous cruises after it was initially sold out, so I won't give up until Friday. If I don't get it, oh well. It's still exciting to be cruising in FIVE DAYS. I hope you and your family have a wonderful time!
zorky12 Posted January 9, 2018 #13 Share Posted January 9, 2018 I just got mine at like 7pm. It was sold out for months and months. I checked 20-30 times a day. Just a couple days ago it was available for about 5 minutes. I grabbed it. I am about 12 days out from our cruise.
Rare cruisewithwife Posted January 9, 2018 #14 Share Posted January 9, 2018 I would always check early in the morning also make sure you check right around final payment due....as some people don't make it and then spots open up

shaner2148 Posted January 9, 2018 #17 Share Posted January 9, 2018 Does anyone know why Fttf is not offered on a journeys cruise? I have been waiting for it to be opened up on my Dec. cruise. Sent from my SM-N900V using Forums mobile app
Wheels87 Posted January 9, 2018 #18 Share Posted January 9, 2018 Don't give up hope. Availability comes and goes and you just have to keep checking all day. I have found it available early in the morning and late in the day after work in the past. I booked an 8-day trip on the Dream for the week of Thanksgiving 2018 last month. I checked every day for about two weeks and then suddenly, boom, a bunch of them opened up. Being platinum, I don't even need it, but we have a large group and I was booking it for them. Bottom line...you must check multiple times per day, every day. Good luck!

sflanigan1110 Posted January 9, 2018 #22 Share Posted January 9, 2018 Do you have to purchase this for each port? Sent from my Pixel XL using Forums mobile app No this is just for boarding the ship. You pay a one time fee PER ROOM and it allows you to board the ship sooner and to get your room ready sooner. We do it every cruise the day we book.
