I just checked my Cruise Planner again and it is now $15.99. It was definitely $13.99 when I started the transaction, it has been that price for a few weeks now. Unfortunately, the receipt they sent me only shows the total, not per day price.

 

I just checked the pricing again today and it is back down to $13.99/day. I canceled the old package and bought the same package at the lower rate. It is now $97.93.
