Eclipse unscheduled stop @ San Juan

I have been monitoring the navigation of the Eclipse, today I received email from Marine Traffic.

Eclipse on his way to St Thomas arrived in San Juan: at 2018-01-10 02:10 Local Time and departed at 2018-01-10 03:24 Local Time.

What could have caused this stop of 1 hour and 14 minutes?

Any comments that caused this stop? I think:

1) a medical evacuation that is too long,

2) They left supplies for the damaged island

She just arrived to St Thomas at 2018-01-10 08:17 Local Time

The Tsunami warning was issued shortly after 10 pm after a 7.8 magnitude earthquake occurred off the coast of Honduras. The warning was canceled after about an hour. The area where the Silhouette stopped, in San Juan, was not in the path of the Tsunami.
