Elevate head of bed with new Princess beds

Currently we sleep with the head of our bed elevated (wedges between mattress and box-springs). Does any one have any experience of doing this using blocks or life vests with the new Princess beds? Thanks

I would ask Princess special needs if it can be done.

I also need head elevated and I purchased an anti reflux pillow from Amazon. Actually have two of them. One folds and has its own carrying case. I use this one at home and when we travel locally. For when I have to fly a distance I have an inflatable wedge pillow. Takes seconds to inflate and deflate. This can be used under regular pillows or under the mattress.

Which one did you buy?

This is the one I use at home and for local travel.

This the one I use for travel that involves flying. Although I am thinking about checking with airlines as they are considered medical supplies and I could easily throw on a luggage tag.

I am thinking the same thing! We both have one under each side of our mattress so the foldable wedge ones would be best but a pain to transport. Need to think about it .............

I would never use a life vest for anything other than its needed for. Are you able to bring your own wedges with you?

If you read about the issue on CC the life vests are offered as a solution. The wedges are quite large so difficult to haul around when flying.

It's just as easy to grab the life vest from here as it is from under the bed or up on the shelf in the closet if it is needed. Great idea!

We’ve elevated our feet with the life vests. Our steward remade our beds in such a way that you could see some orange and a strap was hanging out.

Since we’re short, this arrangement is safer for us. The closet shelf is too high for us.
