I can't speak from experience because I didn't try any...but my child's favorite part of any cruise is to come back to the room at night and order milk and cookies from room service (free) and they generally have a different cookie option each night...and he loved them so that's an option for him....

Buffet and room service. They are not the greatest but we still ate lot of them lol. Every night we ordered a plate of cookies with milk to our room. You can also get paid for gourmet cookies in the coffee shop

We also got a big plate of them at the lunch buffet to bring back to the room because they will pick them up after lunch and before dinner. We like to crumble them in our ice cream. Get a coffee mug and fill with ice cream and cookie crumbles. Been on the Dream 5 time

I'm not sure if the new late night room service menu is fleet-wide yet, but unfortunately cookies are not on it.

You can surprise him and have some sent to your cabin before you cruise by purchasing them through the FunShops on Carnival’s web site. Bonus: I think a portion of the proceeds goes to St. Jude.

Everyday you can get choc chip cookies for dessert in main dining room at dinner.

Also, those that play alot in the casino will have nice fresh large cookies delivered to their cabin one day, compliments of the casino. (2 macadamian, 2 choc chip & 2 oatmeals.)

Bring zip lock bags to put in right away & keep fresh.
