I know this thread has gone around before but for a little Friday afternoon fun (and to get away from the drama over smoking / table cloths and MDR attire...lol...)

 

What is your FAVORITE cocktail to indulge in on your cruise and where is your favorite place to have a drink?????

 

I have purchased the Cheers package for our up and coming cruise and am looking for some new ideas on good drinks to try...

 

Last cruise my go to's were....peach Bellini's in the am....frozen mojitos by the pool...and lemon drops in the evening....

I like the aft pool. Depending on what I'm trying to accomplish I'll usually drink a Miami Vice, Mojito or a Long Island Ice Tea. I also like the Alchemy bar later in the evening.

I like that "depending on what I'm trying to accomplish" then when I read "Long Island Ice Tea's" I giggled...when I drink those I am trying to "accomplish" being totally completely wasted lol :cool:;p:D

I've seen that but never tried it but it sure does look yummy...I just have this aversion in my head to liquor and dairy...I know its done but it just seems wrong in my head...but I think I'll give it a try this time around...

Kiss on the Lips...but it doesn’t pack a punch. Just sweet tastiness. I make it my first drink after boarding.

Cuban Iced Tea in the Havana Bar on the Sunshine. One of the few cruise ship drinks that actually gave me a buzz :D

Anything made at the Alchemy bar. I loved the Island Old Fashioned but “off menu” was a Whiskey sour or a bourbon old fashioned .

I love that one too!! If I'm on cheers I even get one for breakfast since it's mango puree and peach schnapps I figure it counts as a fruit salad.

Carnival makes really great cocktails although they can be a little weak at times.

I love Shade Aid which is basically frozen pink lemonade and vodka in a blender.

My main drink though while cruising is Grey Goose Collins. YUM
