Promo/Discount codes for Carnival shore excursions?

Can anyone tell me if there is a discount or promo code that will work on Carnival for early booking of shore excursions? We have a cruise booked in September & I thought I might look into booking an excursion in advance.

The only promos I have ever seen are for the spa and pre-configured excursion "bundles".

You may also check vendors of excursions that's outside of Carnival. You'll likely save much more than what you'd pay Carnival even with a discount code. Plus your group would likely be much smaller, more intimate, more fun and last longer.

I bought gift cards and saved 10% on our excursions and paying off our cruise. Its not a lot but it adds up when you are spending hundreds/thousands.

This is one option. It does come back as a statement credit when it posts to your account on the same billing period. I have used it - you still get dbl points for the full transaction though.

Outside of that ... the only time I have ever seen a discount offered on excursions is if you book late in the sailing. Twice I've added a booking within about 4/5 mos of sailing to our group and seen it pop up that if you pre-book 3 excursions at once you can get like 10/20% off (that might not be 100% accurate but it was a discount on booking 3) ... you could scroll through them on the excursion page ... and it expired w/in like 24 or 48 hours of booking the sailing.

Try to find an identical excursion from a private company and use Carnival's price match guarantee. They give you 110% of the difference back in on board credit. Just make sure both offer the exact same things and times.
