CRUISERMOMX3 Posted March 12, 2018 #1 Share Posted March 12, 2018 What transfer services has everyone used from the airport in Orlando to Port Canaveral? Carnival wants $72 round trip which seems pretty high for an hour bus ride.
lcpagejr Posted March 12, 2018 #2 Share Posted March 12, 2018 Head over to the N America Home port thread and click on Florida departures...Ton of info there. Moderator will likely move this post to that forum.
ToriB Posted March 12, 2018 #3 Share Posted March 12, 2018 We’ve used Cortran’s a couple of times. I’d highly recommend. I believe it’s about $40 per person round trip. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
Rbmurray210 Posted March 12, 2018 #4 Share Posted March 12, 2018 WE use “Go Port Canaveral” they have lots of fly and stay plus round trip transportation.
vamartha Posted March 12, 2018 #5 Share Posted March 12, 2018 Go Port Canaveral from the port to the airport. We stay at the Radisson at the Port and book our airport/hotel trip through them. $29.90 for Go Port Canaveral (for TWO - it was an ultra modern huge, clean bus) and $55 for the Radisson (who subcontracts to Cocoa Beach Shuttle - it was a bit more rattletrap, ok a lot more rattletrap :o). This was as recent as last November.
LibratPDX Posted March 13, 2018 #6 Share Posted March 13, 2018 Carnival's price is pretty reasonable. I hated GoPortCanaveral; their bus was late picking up at the airport, and I don't mean by just a few minutes. They squeezed me into a van since I was solo, but lots of people were still waiting for their transport and there were no apologies, no refunds, etc. The hotel at Cocoa Beach was crap, and on the return trip I got gouged because I needed to catch the first van to the airport. Not a fan!
Nic6318 Posted March 13, 2018 #7 Share Posted March 13, 2018 Hi You could do one way car rentals each way. It gives you more mobility if you are flying in a day early or staying an extra day. have a great cruise
JohninDC Posted March 13, 2018 #8 Share Posted March 13, 2018 Cocoa Beach Shuttle and Travelynx are two additional shared shuttle services that are often suggested on this board for transport between PC & MCO - fares start at about $20 per person
JaxsMama Posted March 13, 2018 #9 Share Posted March 13, 2018 Can't recommend a good company but will would warn yoi to stay away from Orlando Transport LLC. We booked them as they had the cheapest price. They showed up almost an hour late, didn't have the car seat we requested and then tried to say we had the time wrong. I wrote it up on tripadvisor and they guy basically called me a liar and said he could post the email but wouldnt for my privacy. I was so mad I sent him the emails back with a letter showing him that HE got it wrong. Sent from my SM-G928V using Forums mobile app
