maryjaden Posted April 17, 2018 #1 Share Posted April 17, 2018 If my cabin mate is a no show, do I tell them when I check in? I am staying in a suite and will end up solo. Will I get triple points?
Clarea Posted April 17, 2018 #2 Share Posted April 17, 2018 No need to tell them at all. Make sure your SetSail pass lists you alone. You should get triple points, though you may have to call C&A after the cruise because sometimes the system does not pick it up automatically. molly361 Posted April 17, 2018 #3 Share Posted April 17, 2018 I knew my cabin mate wasn't coming so I printed a set sail pass in just my name. The gal at check in asked me if he was coming and I said I wasn't sure. I got his taxes back and double points Sent from my BG2-W09 using Forums mobile app
maryjaden Posted April 17, 2018 Author #4 Share Posted April 17, 2018 Thank you so much. I assumed this, but you know what happens when you assume..... I also double checked and I have my setsail pass in just my name.
xxHadleyxx Posted April 17, 2018 #5 Share Posted April 17, 2018 so if one of the people in a cabin has since decided not to sail--can the other do online check in and print a set sail pass and the other never input their passport number, etc (the no show not bothering with the check in stuff) and it won't cause any issues for the person who dies who and check in? Correct, one is not required to do online check-in.
cb at sea Posted April 17, 2018 #7 Share Posted April 17, 2018 It causes no issue if someone is a "no-show".
xxHadleyxx Posted April 18, 2018 #8 Share Posted April 18, 2018 Correct, one is not required to do online check-in. Thanks! Now my kid can do online check in for themself for their upcoming TA and not worry about the second guest's details, since we now know our kid will be solo in their cabin :)
