Onboard Spending Balance Review

First time on Oceania currently on the Riviera. Can someone help as to review our current onboard spending balance. All prior cruises provided account review via the TV. Do we actually have to check with guest service? No easier way to review?

Only way to check is to go to reception and get a statement.

I know there is a lot of Azamara / Oceania comparisons. The lack of a modern review method of onboard spending on Oceania is a check mark in Azamara’s favor.

You can go ask for a statement but if that is too much trouble they will send one to you cabin the last full day of the cruise

Maybe you could call reception & ask they send one to you now

I like to check my statement every few days, and I am glad I did. In my limited experience on O (2 cruises), the interim statements are listed in date order of charges/credits. However, the final statement delivered overnight is listed by department, then by date; time consuming to verify.

Really surprised that O remains in the stone age. Especially since their sister/parent NCL has had the ability to see accounts, view menus, see latest "Currents" on a wifi connected device has had this for several years.

I just take a paper and write it done every time we purchase something or service. Easy and it works.

We had our son and friend on the NCL cruise tied to our account. It was very handy that every time they ordered a drink at the bar -- you would get a kah-ching alert. :)

Well they just put menus on the TV for the R ships a few months ago so who knows ..what will be next

It is not a big deal for me but it appears to be for others

do not sweat the small stuff ;)
