Water in hand luggage

its been a while since I’ve been on a cruise so can anyone let me know whether I’m allowed to take bottled water on the ship in carry on luggage. I’m thinking about a small bottle of water nothing drastic. I’m assuming it’s not the 100ml limit that you’re allowed when you’re travelling through an airport!?

No problem on this side of the pond. Lot's of people put a luggage tag on a 35 bottle case give it to the porters and it shows up at their cabin.

A bottle or two isn't an issue. They may refuse cases of water. You can also bring refillable bottles...the ship's water is fine.

I just tape a luggage tag to the case of water for rci and celebrity ... it has always gotten to the cabin...

Been couple years since heard denied bringing on board, but I still always put it in a tagged bag...

While technically against RCCL policy, they will allow unlimited water to be carried on board. We usually put water in a checked roller. Easier for us to move to the port.

Just the case with a big tag taped to it. Royal says no water allowed but every cruise I see lots of cases of water in the hallway on embarkation day.
