Reflection security breached any updates?

After two Syrian refugees were found in the aft section onboard The Reflection last week, will Celebrity strengthen their security protocols? We are sailing on The Reflection in a few weeks and are concerned about the lapse of security. Has Celebrity explained this situation?

And except for maybe announcing there will be changes, they certainly won’t announce what the changes are.

 

Celebrity is a large company, and part of a huge corporation , I wouldn’t be concerned that they wouldn’t do the obvious.

Honestly, I don't know. Protocols are only as good as the staff that enforces them. Once on an Oceania cruise that stayed several days in Haifa we disembarked and stayed overnight in a hotel in Jerusalem. Israeli immigration officials were onboard our ship and were told in advance that we would be leaving the ship overnight and then returning. They told us that there would not be any problem. When we reboarded, we were not allowed on the ship. Israeli immigration officials which had boarded the ship while we were still sailing from the Greek islands had not issued us the correct reboarding card which was in addition to our normal ship ID card. So the agents came off the ship and drove us to Haifa port security which collected our passports and then let us reembark our ship...passports were returned later. Though we were slightly inconvenienced, we were impressed with ship and port security.
