Flatbush Flyer.... what is the green dish in the martini glass, 2nd down from the top?

I believe this Glass O'Green

is on Jacques menu as "Crème Fontanges au Jambon Ibérique de Bellota

Chilled Green Pea Vichyssoise with Ibérico de Bellota Ham"

Apologies for adding to the OT conversation

Oh, may be its because not many O passengers are wound up so tight You might not get the respect , you require.
Hawaiidan, I require no more or less respect than anyone else. On my upcoming Insignia sailing I expect to meet lots of new people and enjoy their company, maybe yours, too.

When Arima22 pointed out my inconsistency, I had a knee-jerk reaction that I have admitted was inappropriate. Arima22 meant no disrespect and I am sorry about my harsh retort, especially in light of the fact that he (or she?) was right.
