Easiest Rental Car Drop of at Miami

We're flying in two days early for our cruise and will be renting a car. I wanted to check with experienced Miami cruisers to see if there is a car rental agency we should use over others for easy drop-off at the port. I would love to hear is you have any experiences with this. Thanks so much.

There are a few rental car companies with free shuttles from the airport to the port. We usually rent with National. We drive to the port, drop off luggage, then return the car at the airport and take the free shuttle back without having to carry luggage.

We are picking up a car at the airport location, and dropping it near the port, where they will provide a free shuttle to the ship.

 

This is with Budget, and when you make your reservation you not only have to specify dropping at 89 SE 2nd Street, but it is a separate category called "Port of Miami Shuttle Service". We booked through Costco and IIRC this was pretty clear, they had 2 options - one just that 2nd Street address, and one that specified the shuttle service.

I've used Budget a couple of times and found it convenient. Budget will pick you up at the cruise port and bring you to the office where you pickup your car.

Yes, but for our dates Budget was less expensive.
