I can make MCO in 40 minutes from the Pier.

 

However, I would never book a flight before 11:30

You can pay cash, there are lanes with attendants at the toll booths between MCO and Port Canaveral.

We usually are coming from the Tampa area on I4 and take 417 to 528. I think there are 4 tolls that way.

20 years working in the next office from a man that lives in the mainland side of Cocoa. He is driving that 10x a week. He said about a dozen times a year is fair.
