All shined up and ready to go...

Even considering my obsessive pre cruise packing ritual, I forgot to leave myself a shirt for embarkation day. I had to unwrap my bundle of main shirts from my suitcase and then carefully re wrap...

40 minutes is great! What time did you arrive at the port?

sailed from Miami in July and thankfully had FTTF be sure that line was wrapped around the outside in that awful humid heat.... We did get at 11 though so more crowded I guess. We got there at 11 and our room by 1120, 1st drink 1125 ...ordering pasta at 1130!

I believe the ease of embarkation had to do with the fact that the ship sailed empty last night from Port Canaveral. The crew was able to clean everything up and have a much deserved break...

I'm totally unpacked. My valuables are in the safe. The luggage is stowed away. I'm heading out to look for food.
