Double price for grats??

This just has to be some sort of glitch, which I have pointed out to CS on the phone, who will "make a note of it" :rolleyes: But did not sound convincing to check on it.

 

JS Rhapsody for 2/15/2020. Grats are 189.00 per person. Not total...per person, making prepaid grats as 378.00. Say what??!! This is one I am not prepaying for grats as usual. :(

 

Anyone else check price of prepaid grats on 2020 cruises? My other 7 night cruises show either 189.00 total for two (94.50 a person in JS), or 203.00 for GS.

Why don't you just remove prepaid grats since they can't get it right.

In the UK RC confirmations itemise each Passengers charges,prepaid tips and balcony discounts etc separately.I always check as TA says contact them ASAP if anything is wrong.

Why don't you just remove prepaid grats since they can't get it right.

 

I did. If all else fails and they don't fix the glitch, I will just let them charge me daily on the ship, but only if they are not charging double :o.

 

Rhapsody cruise next year is same cabin, same itinerary...but correctly showing the 189.00 total for two. Was just curious if RCI is doing double shots for 2020. :o
