blueridgemama Posted October 6, 2018 #1 Share Posted October 6, 2018 We have been to Nassau several times but have never gone to Atlantis. We would really like to see Atlantis but we hate crowds. We would just be doing the beach and museum/aquarium, not the water park. Would 5 ships and 19,000 passengers make Atlantis crazy and too crowded to enjoy? Our other options would be a resort for a day, snorkel trip or food tour. Any suggestions, thoughts? Thanks
cruiser123! Posted October 7, 2018 #2 Share Posted October 7, 2018 That sounds like a nightmare. How do you find out how many ships are in?
OCruisers Posted October 7, 2018 #3 Share Posted October 7, 2018 It's rather normal for Nassau to have 5 ships in port. Don't let that keep you from doning what you wish there. ;)
mjkacmom Posted October 7, 2018 #4 Share Posted October 7, 2018 7 can dock, and we’ve been there with that many. Most of the crowds at Atlantis are at aqua adventure, lines get crazy.
cruiseapril Posted October 8, 2018 #5 Share Posted October 8, 2018 There are not as many cruisers at Cable Beach with several options.

Are the digs and the aquarium at Atlantis special enough to go to? Will the beach be super crowded? Would we be better off going to another beach?
