Bring my own coffee ?

Perhaps only the coffee fanatics understand that having a good cup of coffee is how I like to start my day. Swill is not going to work at all.  So what if I bring my favorite beans and a small pour over device? I travel for businessmuch of the year and bring my gear with me so I plan to do the same for vacation. Judge me  if you must.  😜

I agree that crap coffee does not fall under the category of "part of traveling is to experience things different from the ordinary."

I bring these and just get hot water. I cant stand instant coffee but these are delicious and about 4$ for a box of 18 at Walmart.

I know Mrs Gut can’t stand Starbucks, but gets similar sachets from other companies that she takes with us on many cruises first day order room service and hang on to the jug the hot water comes in, of a morning Mrs Gut gets sent to the buffet to fill said jug with hot water, voila.
