If I have the free dining and only want to use 2 of my 3 nights can I give my 3rd to someone else?  My DD and her DH will have an inside and only get 1 freebie and I am sure they will be taking the drinks, so thought we could give them a nice dinner and we can watch the kids.

You can ask but they don't allow it, and I have never heard of anyone being able to do it.
