Once we are on the Splendor ( this Saturday, hooray) how do we access the hub app for 3 happy cruisers ?

You will access it through the ships wifi. Make sure to put your phones on airplane mode.

download the app before you go.

 

when on board, put your phone in airplane mode.

 

go to settings on your phone and turn on wifi capability.

 

connect to ship's wifi.

 

open app and click "I'm on board"

 

viola!

 

If you want to purchase the messaging option, you will see it there.

just download it before you get on the ship and make sure when you are on the ship your phone is in airplane mode.  if you want the chat feature it costs $5.00 per person and you do that by adding your folio number. Keep in mind the HUB APP is free the chat feature is not

in laws downloaded the app once we were on the ship. the CS desk helped. the chat was worth the 20 bucks for the week. (its 5 dollars per person for the entire week-one time fee) we had a family of 4.

On our Paradise cruise last month we were able to purchase a portrait from Pixels and download to our phone right away using the Hub app.
