ajenali Posted December 13, 2018 #1 Share Posted December 13, 2018 Ever get on here and read thru the topics out of pure boredom and find information on every ship, with photos of every cabin possible, all the fun times, etc etc... Yet when you have finally booked your cruise - there is not a single thread found for your ship! I just want fun times and cabin photos...nothing complicated. I have found 1 photo of my cabin and its so dark that it doesn't even look like a carnival cabin! And the fun times, well geez, i found one from 2 years ago. lol. No complaints....just bored and daydreaming about my cruise and wishing i could see photos.
serene56 Posted December 13, 2018 #2 Share Posted December 13, 2018 Fun times change and is time consuming to get them scanned and hosted to a web site. Cabins are almost identical across the fleet. Unless you have an odd cabin. (but if its the odd cabin more then likly you will find pictures of it

Rare Essiesmom Posted December 13, 2018 #5 Share Posted December 13, 2018 If you need this info, go to www.cruisedeckplans.com and join for a nominal fee. You can then see pictures of a host of cabins, and lots and lots of pictures of areas around the ship. You can see the ship pictures but not the cabins without paying, but the pics will be very small. EM

The thing I liked about it was it still had the old style shows..and they flew in a magician from vegas for a vegas style magic show and a burlesque show later that night in the comedy club. I'd recommend checking out both of those if they still do that. This was the magician: https://markbennick.com/
xostacylee Posted December 13, 2018 #10 Share Posted December 13, 2018 Google! Even if you google it may lead you back here, but I found that helpful when I was looking for information on my cabins.

shellindc Posted December 15, 2018 #15 Share Posted December 15, 2018 One thing that I found to be helpful when I couldn't find pictures of our cabin (I was trying to determine if it was bigger or smaller than our last suite on Carnival)--though I wasn't able to locate our exact cabin, by looking at the ship map, I searched the cabin next door (exact same) and happen to find it (pics, video, the works). RWolver672 Posted December 15, 2018 #16 Share Posted December 15, 2018 We usually sail on the Conquest class of ships in balcony cabins so we know they pretty much all look alike. What we have always run into is that we only cruise every other year. When it's time to book a cruise, there are no special deals available. Once we book a cruise, then our mail is flooded with all kinds of special rates with $50 deposits, free DOU cards, $100 free play in the casino, etc. And none of it can be used on a previously booked cruise. Yes, I know we could always cancel our cruise and re-book but it's not worth the hassle as we book several cabins in a row and we might not be able to do that if we re-book. Shaded Lady Posted December 17, 2018 #17 Share Posted December 17, 2018 RWolver672 I'm usually in the same circumstance as you... I was excited to get a letter 2 weeks ago saying that since I have this snazzy Carnival Fun Chase Credit Card, I'm eligible for 6 months 0 interest on any cruise I book and pay for on my card, effective December 15. So reading this I just KNEW that when I called to ask they'd tell me this was only eligible for future cruises... so you can imagine my DELIGHT when they told me that it was good for the cruise I booked a year ago but haven't paid off yet! So I'll finally be able to take advantage of an offer extended to me after I booked!
