Carnival Message Question

Hi,

  When looking on my phone this morning, I saw I had a Written Message from Carnival from 11:30pm ( PST) the night before-- I'm in California.  I didn't call the number listed because it said basically it would cost me money to call.

  I don't believe it was Carnival, but thought I'd check with you guys.

Did the phone number have area code 305? If not, chances are it wasn't legitimately Carnival...
