Can you still use two CruiseNext certificates on one cruise. The online info says until December 31 2018, but I know they seem to keep extending the promotion.

Yes I doubled up the other day on a balcony cabin.

When I enquired about this it was balcony and above.  I wasn't informed of this when I purchased two of these on my last cruise a couple of years ago - as I wanted a studio cabin could only use one - not very happy!

If I use a cruise next certificate can I also use my NCL credit card points to upgrade from an ov to balcony?

I found it very easy to apply double Cruise Next certificates online.  In one case I was able to purchase a 2nd certificate, come home, then apply it to an already booked cruise using the online make a payment option.  It seems like the ability to use 2 certificates is kind of a permanent option for the last couple of years, at least for balcony and above.

Yes, it has been for sailings 6 months out but not for bookings less than that. I believe the double up “any sailing” promotion started about 6 months ago.
