Wine Package for 3 Star Mariner

I believe that 3 Star Mariners receive a 25% discount off of a wine package (bottle package in the MDR); however the HAL website doesn't seem "clear". I don't see that is says that there is a 25% discount on wine packages. Am I missing something? It appears to only read that the discount is on specialty restaurants, specialty coffee, beverages in Explorations cafe and mini-bar.

Yes you get the 25% discount as a 3-star mariner.  We are now 4-star and get a 50% discount.   The discounts also do apply to most speciality restaurants.   We especially like the discount in the Exploration Café which includes the pop.  We also have received the discounts on the mini-bar purchases.

In the FAQ further down the page it outlines the wine packages eligible for 3, 4 and 5 star Mariners.  It says:

 

Sommelier Suite Cellar Packages 1, 2 & 3 are applicable. Wine cards, Cellar Master packages, individual bottle purchases, wine by the glass and beverage cards are excluded. A standard 15% Beverage Service Charge is applied based on the original price of the wine package. The loyalty discount does not apply to the 15% Beverage Service Charge.

 

The first bullet point in the descriptor from the web page is poorly written.

Please clarify for me.  We are also 3 star Mariners.  We just got off the Eurodam on 12-30.  In the MDR there was a wine package list (light cardboard standing upright) on the table that offered a package of 4 bottles of wine for a discount there were 3-4 packages of 4 bottles with different prices.  We ordered the least expensive because it had the wine that we liked.  The package was priced around $107.  Is that the Sommelier Suite Package?

They're in the process of updating the wine packages, but they were giving the Mariner discounts on the Zuiderdam three weeks ago. I hesitate to give a definitive answer because things are in a state of flux.
