Has anyone done the Scandinavia & Kiel Canal tour?

I did a search but didn't see any results.  Maybe this is not very popular.  I'm looking for a shorter tour of a 7-10 days some time in 2020.  This seems to have very limited dates.  I'd prefer to do it in the summer but looks like it is only offered in March and April?

We looked at this cruise but decided to take the longer Along Europe's Western Coast. I believe both are re-positioning cruises, which is why they are only offered in the Spring.

Always wanted to transit the Kiel Canal, but would prefer a cruise that also did the Norwegian Fjiord or all the way up to St Petersburg. Wasn't really impressed with this itinerary.

I have  bookmarked this cruise. I love the idea of  another canel and three ports in Denmark.

We leave April 6th..this is our second cruise on Viking.  

I will post on our return.

We also looked at it and did like OneSixtyToOne did - taking the longer cruise.  These are indeed one of a kind cruises.

I hope that you enjoy it!  I'm sure that it will be great - I have heard nothing but good things about going through the Kiel Canal with Viking.  You can find several people have posted videos of the Viking ships transiting the canal on YouTube if you just search.
