Venice port to Marco Polo Airport advice please.

We will be arriving at the Venice port at 8:00 am on NCL Star, July 7th, 2019.  We have a flight from Venice (Marco Polo) to London that departs at 11:30 am.  We are staying in a suite and it sounds like we will be allowed to disembark ahead of the crowds.  For those familiar with the disembarkation, transport to VCE and the check-in at VCE, is 3.5 hours a sufficient amount of time to make the flight?  We haven’t booked airport transportation yet but we will probably book a private shuttle to expedite the airport transfer.  We were also considering doing the walk off with our luggage, again to save time during disembarkation.  Thoughts, comments and suggestions welcome.  Thanks.

Personally when we were In The exact situation we moved our flights to afternoon and were glad we had.  Ships can be late docking.  When cruises end the airport is a zoo.  You do need to prebook transportation if you are going to try.  We had excellent luck with Treviso Car Service.
