Is there a restaurant very near the port? Our flight arrives Miami@9am. Wondering if we can take an uber from the airport the port and find a decent breakfast place and grab a few bottles of wine before boarding the ship. Or will this require 2 taxis, one for breakfast and provisions, and then another to the port. Thank you!!

"Latin American Bayside Cuban Cafe" opens at 8:00

on line menu does not show breakfast but reviews mention breakfast being served

U can walk from here to the cruise terminals but it is a lil bit ... over the bridge onto dodge Island

Bayside has several places for breakfast. We like Latin American cafe.... However we have found service to be hit or miss. So if you are in a pinch for time keep that in mind. The Cuban coffee and breakfast are good. We have stayed at the Holiday inn on Biscayne several times, they serve breakfast and that CVS is right down the block. Can't comment on HI breakfast as we have never eaten there. and there are always plenty of taxis along the blvd. I think we paid about $10 from bayside to pom.

CVS is a few minutes walk from Bayside. Depending on what terminal your ship leaves from the walk from the terminal to Bayside can be pretty long. I would suggest taking an Uber it will be $6-$8 from the port to Bayside. Then another $6-$8 back from CVS. There is also a Whole Foods not that far away if you want more selection.

Whole Foods has an area to sit and you can grab something from their bakery along with coffee.  Then you can grab whatever provisions you need for the cruise.

You can grab breakfast at the Intercontinental Hotel at Ole.  They open at 6:30 am.

Biscayne Tavern at the YVE has breakfast starting at 6 am, I believe that's a buffet.

Where is Whole Foods located in relation to the port?

It's slightly over a mile.   It's probably about a $9 Uber ride.

Whole Foods is actually a short walk from the Intercontinental Hotel.

Thanks- found it on the map! We're driving down, so won't need an Uber

It's easy to get to and they will validate your parking but you have to make sure and park in the right parking garage.

When you get off 95, make a right onto Biscayne Blvd (Hyatt on the corner) but stay in your left lane as soon as you turn.  STAY IN THE LEFT LANE WHILE YOU TURN THE BEND!! It will take you around the bend (Marriott Marquis on left side and Epic on right side) and at the traffic light right after you pass the marriott marquis entrance make that LEFT onto SE 3rd Ave. Stay in the left lane again.

(If you crossed the bridge you went too far! )

At the 2nd traffic light make a left onto SE 2nd Street and the parking garage will be IMMEDIATELY on your left side.  If you park in the parking garage on SE 3rd ave which is the same building you won't get your parking validated and will have to pay.

Make sure to park in whole foods parking lot on SE 2nd Street!

It's a short ride after you get off 95 and then a short ride to the port.

You are welcome!  I live down the street on Brickell  so if I'm not walking there, I'm driving to the Fresh Market.

Enjoy your cruise!!
