hunt182644 Posted March 5, 2019 #1 Share Posted March 5, 2019 Does Princess have recommended hotels where they pick up and transfer to Southampton from London?
Rare Coral Posted March 5, 2019 #2 Share Posted March 5, 2019 (edited) They will pick up at Victoria Station. I think you need to purchase this transfer in advance. Otherwise, they transfer from the 3 hotels that you can purchase a hotel stay from them. Only those who stay at the hotels can get on these transfers. Mom33 Posted March 5, 2019 #3 Share Posted March 5, 2019 Princess generally picks up from Victoria Station(bus). You need a cab to take you there. If you are in a hotel that Princess works with, they may supply a transfer to Victoria Station.

We weren't able to stay at one of their hotels because they were booked.
goofy559 Posted March 5, 2019 #6 Share Posted March 5, 2019 If there are more than 2 of you i suggest you look into a car service - will save you money and be a much more civil experience. Blackberry Cars and Blacklane are 2 I've used but there are many others. Also, count yourself lucky that the Princess hotels were full - the prices are greatly inflated. Many, many good reasonable hotels in London and its an easy city to navigate by bus and tube.
dreaminofcruisin Posted March 6, 2019 #7 Share Posted March 6, 2019 We stayed near the airport the night before the cruise. The next morning we went back to the airport and picked up the Princess transfer from the airport. Just another option....
firecrewcapt Posted March 6, 2019 #8 Share Posted March 6, 2019 We stayed at a hotel of our choice in Kensington for 4 days prior to day of transfer, we took the Tube to Heathrow and met the transfer coach there, we prepaid when we originally booked. Diver2014 Posted March 6, 2019 #9 Share Posted March 6, 2019 The Grosvenor Hotel is near Victoria Station. My choice if I was staying in London. We're taking National Express to Southampton from Heathrow in May (24 pounds for 2 passengers).
