Is there a “seafood night “ in the buffet? Don't recall ever seeing one, but there's usually at least 2 fish options.

Is lobster only served at the steak house or is in available in the MDR? Both.

And is Duck a’l orange on the menu? Pretty sure I've seen it on the menu. YMMV

TY

See above.

The pop-up Crab Shack will likely show up in the buffet a night or two.

The Regal didn't have a specific seafood night but there was always fish of some sort to be had. They also served shrimp, both hot & cold many nights at the buffet. They did have duck but I can't recall if it was  Duck a’l orange.

Maybe in the DR?

The buffet was so good we skipped the DR most nights, except for formal nights.

We were on the Regal (2/24) and the food was very good. It was a huge step up from the CB we were on last year. The buffet had lots of options. Always had some kind of fish and shrimp almost every night. The MDR food was excellent. Lobster,, prawns and steak, shrimp dish in the dining room sometime during the week. I didn't notice a duck dish.

You will have good food on the Regal!

Sailing on other ships is a real let down after the Royal class buffets.

We just got off the Regal yesterday, and Duck a'l Orange was on Night 4 on our trip. There were seafood options on the buffet every night in addition to the Crab Shack (Extra $$). The MDR always had at least one seafood option. Lobster was available in the MDR on the final formal night over a really great risotto (they have changed the recipe since launch of this new dish). We ordered a second one it was so good. We only skipped the MDR one night, which was the night they had a German Theme on the buffet (which is a must).

Overall, we are huge foodies, and the food on the Regal this past week was very good. We always got an extra dish to share and try, and yes we ran into some dishes that were not good. For example, the Beef Medallions are very tough/dry and the braised beef short rids were all fat. So many others like the Surf & Turf (Filet and Prawns), Tagliatelle con Polo and Ship Daniele were amazing.

A nice bottle of Sokol Blosser Dundee Hills Pinot would go nicely with the Duck a la  Orange

As previously posted, the buffet on the next to last day had an amazing seafood selection.

In all our years of sailing on Royal class ships there has only been 1 item that was terrible & my husband & I both had to throw it out.
