How many luggage tags per person?

Do we need for our Alaska land tour and cruise?  Obviously we need one on each of our suitcases but do we need any more?

Any suitcase, carry on bag, backpack or other item that will not always be in your possession should have a luggage tag.

And while you're printing them out, print extras and put one inside each case.

And I always put two on the outside of each bag, on both the top and side.  Cheap insurance.

We also always put 2 luggage tags on each suitcase just in case one accidently gets torn off.
