I have a feeling the ship sailed full.  Lots of VIPs on board since it was a partial charter (Tampa Bay Buccaneers Fan Cruise) and a Celebrity Cruises corporate presence including Laura Hodges Bethge.  Not sure if these factors contributed to a lack of availability in The Retreat.  

Or maybe weak bids are not given consideration.

Yes, it would have been great but they only gave me the CS.  (It wasn't the Royal - my error - it was the Edge Villa.
