I should go click thank you on all the posts you have made.  Thanks especially for the daily planners.  Although it is great to see those I am a bit worried for my kiddos....but we are prepping them....this is going to be relaxing on the ship...not an endless party.

Thank you for this live review. I work on the business side for Cruise Critic, and have really been itching to go on a cruise. I've always wanted to sail a Solstice-class ship, but I also want to go to Bermuda, and well, you can't do both. Some of the standout features that I've always wanted to experience are the lawn club, glass blowing, spa and spa cafe. What are the most unique features one would find onboard Summit? And even though this is a refurbed ship, does it feel old, can you tell it's on the older side or would one feel like they are on a nearly new ship because of the improvements? Thanks in advance for your input!

Hello Kimberly. . . You may want to try Celebrity Silhouette when she sails to Bermuda later this year. Celebrity Summit does not have as many of the nice features as Solstice Class ships, but she is very elegant with many changes to cabins and some public areas. You can see in some areas that the ship is very old but Celebrity tried to bring the "Millenium Class" ships up to par with many of the newer ships. I would suggest that you give her a go.

We are on this cruise in July -- it's only our 3rd cruise in 20+ years and I was pretty apprehensive about it.  This thread actually got me excited.  Thank you for that.

I saw on some of those papers you posted an ad for free drinks in the casino while playing.  Is this only at certain times or for certain elite members?
