fragilek Posted June 16, 2019 #1 Share Posted June 16, 2019 Hi my TA has sent me an email saying I have to complete and return a signed special needs form with the next 72hrs (that was friday) or I may loose my room. I asked will I send back to her and she said no to celebrity, but I cannot find the email to send it too. I cannot search the site or use the link on the from as I am in the UK and blocked from the USA site. I am away all tomorrow at my daughter graduation and I am a little worried about leaving this until Tuesday. Any one know what email this goes to? I will contact my TA if I don't solve this but I am away all tomorrow so I wouldn't get her until Tuesday. Just worried they will take the rooms away as I have upgraded and taken 2 adapted cabins thus celebrity might assume we are just abusing the system and take them away. IF you are booked there..and don't need it (wheel chair/scooter)...then they will move you if they need the room for a pax with mobility issues. There IS a scam amongst some pax that intentionally book cheaper accessible cabins in hopes that they will be Bumped and get "upgraded" Honestly if you have used this TA before--shouldn't he/she have the docs that prove you have mobility issues (wheel chair/scooter) --- ? that he/she can send it on? When we booked there where no adapted cabins left (that we could afford) , at that stage I was only looking for 1 for me and as my husband helps me a lot I knew we could manage, without it. Since we booked my MIL has had a double knee replacement and a setback in one knee where she has had to go back in for a further opp on it so is struggling a bit at the minute (using crutches to get about and a shower seat in her shower.) Additionally, since booking, I have spent 7 months in hospital last year with Leukemia - almost though this trip wouldn't happen- this has left me weakened so struggling a bit more than usual with my MS thus the timing of these coming free is amazing for us. That's why I don't want to loose them I think it will really help enhance this very very special holiday - We are celebrating my remission, my youngest daughter and boyfriends graduation and both daughters and their fiances recent engagements.
