Symphony of the Seas - Luggage Vallet Program - POM

I have asked this question a few times of customer service and have gotten a few different answers so I thought I would ask to see if anyone has personal experience with the Luggage Valet from the Port of Miami on the Symphony.  Does the Symphony have the program?  I have been told yes and no, I have also been given vague answers as well by customer service like "Yes we have luggage valet out of Miami" but not specifically mentioning Symphony.  If you have been on the Symphony out of the Port of Miami and have flown on American Airlines, does the Symphony have the Luggage Valet program? 

 

Just trying to get a straight answer.....

Last I heard, Symphony has not started to offer the Luggage Valet program.

Have sailed on her three times and can confirm there is no luggage valet offered on Symphony out of Port Miami.

Was not an option on Symphony in March, unfortunately.
