Where to find OBC in my online booking

I’m having a brain drain and can’t remember where in the online booking my OBC is posted. Help!

Did you book directly through HAL, or outside. If you didn't book directly with HAL, you can't see OBC.

If you book with a travel agent... you can't see OBC, even what HAL gives you. HAL's website is not a good one.

If you did book directly with HAL, log into Your Account and go to My Bookings.  Then click on Manage Payments.  It should be on the right hand side of that page.  Check the OBC amounts under both guests; they are sometimes split between the first two guests on the booking.

 

Note that if you did book with a TA, you will not see the Manage Payments link.

Since we use a TA, all shipboard credit that we are due is shown to us via our TA.  She sends us a copy of what HAL gives us as well as other people/companies.

Thanks everyone. Even though this will be our 20-something cruise with HAL, I guess I never bothered about it before.  😊 No, we don’t book directly with HAL. just assumed they were like Princess who does let you see your OBC.
