banzaii Posted July 7, 2019 #26 Share Posted July 7, 2019 20170419_154224.mp4 A better view from this panorama converted to video. Hopefully it works. 😀 As you can see, the obstruction is almost all below your line of sight, unless you look down. A word of warning, you might cop an eyeful if you happen to look down at the wrong moment. You can see straight down onto the lower balconies. 😳

Any thoughts/opinions are appreciated, and reasons why? I assume that it is just two passengers?
Rare kernow Posted July 7, 2019 #28 Share Posted July 7, 2019 Definitely 1694, had it on Navigator a few years ago, balcony is great and the structure is hardly noticeable most of the time.

Bulkhead over the top can create additional noise from other afts but corridor is very quiet. No issues with soot from exhaust stack. View is fantastic and structure amounts to about 2% obstruction. Not an issue. I would say it's the best aft JS on Voyager/Freedom class.

We had this on the Navigator, and the walk-in closet was oddly shaped and a little smaller, but with two people, you won't care. Deck 7, I think, so the obstruction was more than you’d see from deck 10. I’m really fussy about my view, and I’d definitely book this cabin again. It seems like a lot of obstruction in this picture, but it really didn’t bother us at all. Edit: It bugged me that I couldn’t remember the room # so I went and looked it up. We were in 7412. Edited July 7, 2019 by aggiewilso We are going to be in this room. Does the balcony get any sun?
