Excursions for teens and pre-teens in Bermuda

We are cruising with our pre-teen and teen kids to Bermuda in just a few weeks.  My kids are pretty active (hiking, camping, sports playing, dancing, rock wall climbing, kayaking, water slide riding) types of kids at home.  This is their first cruise.  We've cruised without them.  Have you done the Bermuda cruise without scheduling excursions?  If so, what did your teen kids like best in Bermuda?  If not, what excursions worked best for you and your kids?

We just walk out of the dock and jump in one of the minivan shuttles to Horseshoe. If you are in port on Wednesday night, a quick trip on the public ferry to the Harbor Nights street fair and street food.  The free ferry over to the St George UNESCO site is a historic walk (but my be uninteresting to kids).

We leave with our kids on the 14th!  The countdown has begun!  My husband and they boys (15 and 19) are golfing one day, we have a bike tour planned as well as some kayaking.. My daughter (17) and I will do shopping and sightseeing!
