Check-in Time Suggested

This is my first time sailing out of Cape Liberty.  Our plan is to be at the port between 10 and 10:30.  However, my check-in time options according to RCL is 1-1:30 or later.  Does RCL enforce the check-in times?  I do not want to be stuck waiting in the terminal for 2+ hours waiting around for our arrival time....

Check-in times have not been enforced by Royal out of US ports.
