"Viator.com" vs "Tourdragon.com" which tour operator?

I had thought of using Viator, however, have sent a couple questions via email and they just respond to call their number. I had called a month ago and was on the phone for quite a long time. I don't have a lot of time to be on the phone.

 

I came across a tour with "Tourdragon.com" It seems good and the reviews on their own site were good, but not sure how correct that is since it's their own site. Has anyone used them?

With "tourdragon.com" I was looking at the reverse auction and submitted package here https://tourdragon.com/web_auctions

I've never heard of tourdragon but as it's a dot com it's likely a re-seller, not an Italian tour operator.

 

Viator is a re-seller, they don't run any tours.

I booked 2 tours on TripAdvisor through Viator. Our 7/5 Pearl cruise got cancelled 2 days before we were to cruise do to mechanical failure. Our tours were able to be canceled up to 2 days prior to the tours, had my money back into my account within 5 days of cancelling. Make sure to check out Tourdragons cancel/refund policy.

Neither, because neither are tour operators, nor are they locals. Deal direct with recommended locals.

I agree with CruiserBruce - I would deal directly with the tour operator. Both viator and tourdragon sell tours for many vendors, they do not actually conduct the tours themselves.

Viator.com is a tour consolidator, like searching for hotels on Expedia,  trivago, etc.
