My cruise is sailing in 40 days from Cape Liberty. When the luggage tags will be available for printing?

Usually at 7 weeks before the cruise.

 

Since you are past that point now, I'd call C&A or RC customer service and ask about the delay.   One typical reason for delay is if you have Air2Sea.

You really don't need to print them out. The terminal porter's have the airline type available ... just ask...write your cabin number on them and you're good to go. We've been doing this ever since RCI stopped sending them in the mail...works out fine.

RCI had a glitch in their system (surprise!, surprise!) earlier this year and luggage tags were not showing up for passengers on Adventure. Maybe they haven't fixed that glitch yet? You can call RCI or your TA and ask them to send you a copy. Wile some people think it's not a problem to just have the porters do it, other people like to have everything taken care of ahead of time.
