Hey all,

Is anyone else sailing on the Voyager of the Seas on August 2, 2020 out of Tokyo? Feeling a little panicky as there are no hotels showing as available within a two hour radius of Tokyo and anything that is available is like an apartment for over 2,000 a night!! or more.

Have you tried your Roll Call thread?

Just a thought...are you actually boarding somewhere in Tokyo?....or will you be at the Yokohama cruise terminal?

If your ship will actually be in Yokohama....you can search for hotels there instead.  Happy Sailing!

the hotels in Yokohama are well within that 2 hour radius the OP quotes and tend to book up fast( and they are just as expensive).   HNY is by the US Naval base in a smaller city and is mostly   single servicemembers who got permission to live in town.  the rooms are beyond tiny, but for one night, it may be worth it.

Hey everyone,

There was unfortunately no roll call for this cruise but we have now cancelled this cruise as there are no accommodations to be found within the Tokyo vicinity for under 2,000 a night - not sure what everyone else on board will do as I can't find anyone else on board to ask lol.
