Hong Kong Tour Guide Recommendations

We will be in Hong Kong for several days and would like to book either some private tours or small group tours. Can anyone give suggestions with companies/people they have used previously?

We recently took two of the available free walking tours--both were quite good (especially the one of the Central area) and neither had more than 6 participants. A lot of HK is very easy to see by yourself without a guide through using ferries, buses and the excellent subway system.

We just used Hello Singapore in Singapore and they have Hong Kong as well.  I can't say enough good things about working with them, they helped plan the perfect private tour for my husband and I and we got to see (and eat!) everything we could have dreamed!
