I suppose some of the items might be but the 3 times we went we ordered the same thing & they weren't. I forget what it was named but it was a baked angle hair spaghetti with a cheese topping. My DH could easily eat 2 although 1 was just right for me. 

Maybe some of the personal size pizza might be quite a bit?

The Royal-class ships (Royal, Regal, Majestic, Sky, Enchanted) have a multi course menu but on the few other ships (Grand & Sapphire) it’s only pizza...no food to go.

Yep. That's it.

You have to order two when placing your order. One by itself, even with the appetizer, is definitely not enough.

I always get a burger without the bun.  Even eating out, I have a hard time justifying paying for a bunless burger.  If I'm going to pay for a meal onboard, I'll pay extra for the steakhouse.  On our next cruise our TA is paying for 2 dinners for us at the Steakhouse.  I'll settle for that and skip paying for a bunless burger.

Tried the Ernesto burger in the MD while on the Grand :  not wowed, the meat patty was not juicy but not quite hockey puck solid.

I like both of the small pasta options & order one of them with a pizza which leaves no room for dessert.
