Sports bar on Royal

Hubby and I are leaving this Friday to catch the Royal from Vancouver to L.A.  Anyone know if there's a sports bar on ship?  Hoping to be able to see our beloved Sea Hawks on Sunday.

I’ve seen games shown in Club 6 & Vista Lounge in addition to on the open air MUTS big screen.  Whether the Seahawks will be shown anywhere onboard there’s no way to accurately know if it’ll be shown...good luck! 🤞

Princess does show NFL games, but not all games and teams are available. It's not like a sports bar with Direct TV NFL package. Usually daytime games are shown on MUTS. There may also be games shown at the casino bar in addition to the venues in post #2. Sometimes games are shown on the cabin TV. There is no way to know until you board. Information should be in the Patter and you can also ask at Passenger Services.

Princess has to pay for the rights to show games. They do not receive the standard network channels that you would receive at home.

If you have at home say Dish and they have a go anywhere service, couldn't you watch thru your internet on the ship?

If they're so beloved, why don't you know they are the Seahawks?  Hope my Steelers make a recovery from this past Sunday's disaster.

Maybe we will be luck and it will be on the big screen outside!! I'm on board as well Girlfriend's weekend!!

I'm on the Royal now, and was hoping to watch the Pats game this past Sunday. When I asked around, they said the only bar that carries sports is the casino bar, and they only have ESPN and ESPN2 on their two TVs (and these are both available in your cabin as well).

 

I was thrilled when my platter arrived that evening, and it showed three games on MUTS (9am, 12pm and 4:15pm). And since the Pats were on Sunday Night Football, it worked out awesome for me!
